All products provided by Roots Research are sold strictly and exclusively for in-vitro laboratory research purposes.

• NOT FOR HUMAN CONSUMPTION: Under no circumstances are the products sold by Roots Research intended for human or animal consumption, bodily introduction, injection, ingestion, or application.
• NO CLINICAL USE: These products are not intended to be used as drugs, dietary supplements, food additives, cosmetics, therapeutic agents, or medical devices. They have not been evaluated, approved, or cleared by the United States Food and Drug Administration (FDA) or any other regulatory body for diagnostic or therapeutic use.

The purchaser explicitly represents and warrants that:

• They are a qualified researcher, at least 21 years of age, affiliated with a laboratory, university, or independent research institution.
• They possess the necessary facilities, equipment, and safety protocols to handle research chemicals in a safe and compliant manner.
• They are strictly utilizing the products for authorized laboratory research.
• They are familiar with the health and safety hazards associated with the products and the regulations governing their handling and disposal.

Roots Research reserves the right to cancel any order, without notice, if there is reason to believe the purchaser intends to use the products outside of their designated research purpose.

The purchaser acknowledges that research chemicals possess inherent risks. The physiological and toxicological properties of the products provided by Roots Research have not been fully investigated. The purchaser assumes all risks and liability associated with the handling, storage, and use of the products.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Roots Research, its officers, directors, employees, and affiliates shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of or in connection with the purchase, handling, or use of the products.

This total release of liability includes, but is not limited to:

• Injury, illness, or death resulting from the intentional or accidental misuse of the product, including any form of human or animal consumption.
• Damages resulting from a failure to adhere to safe laboratory practices.
• Any loss of property, profits, or data.

The purchaser agrees that Roots Research’s sole and maximum liability for any claim shall be strictly limited to a refund of the purchase price of the product in question.

The purchaser agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Roots Research and its affiliates from and against any and all claims, liabilities, lawsuits, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or relating to:

• The purchaser’s use, misuse, or mishandling of the products.
• Any violation of these Terms and Conditions.
• Any breach of the purchaser’s representations and warranties regarding the intended use of the products.

The purchaser is solely responsible for ensuring that their purchase, receipt, storage, and use of Roots Research products comply with all applicable local, state, and federal laws, regulations, and guidelines.
